Refund Policy
At Orlando City Diecast, all sales are final. Due to the collectible nature of diecast items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
No Returns / No Refunds
- All products are sold as-is.
- We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to: buyer’s remorse, packaging condition, paint variations, or minor factory imperfections visible through the packaging.
- Carded, boxed, and sealed items are intended for collectors, and condition preferences are subjective.
Limited Exception – Manufacturer Defect (Sealed Products Only)
A replacement may be considered for a sealed item only if all of the following apply:
- The item is factory sealed and could not be inspected prior to opening.
- The defect is clearly a manufacturer defect (e.g., broken casting inside sealed packaging).
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or video evidence that show the defect and packaging
If a replacement is not available because the item is no longer in stock, we will then consider issuing a refund.
Final Determination
All defect claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Orlando City Diecast reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the criteria outlined above.
